B Match

On June 3, CRRC held an AKC-sanctioned B match at Roger's Grove Park in Longmont, Colorado. We had a fantastic entry of fifteen "beautiful Rhodesian Ridgebacks" (according to judge, Robin Hug).
After judging was complete, we all enjoyed a delicious picnic brought to us by our President, John Wyszynski.
The weather was perfect, and a fun time was had by all!

Best Puppy in Match: Regiment's Light 'Em Up
Best of Opposite Sex Puppy: Wise's My Pride and Joy
Best Ridgeback in Match: Freedom's Rachael Alexandria
Best of Opposite Sex Ridgeback: Akanni's Heir Apparent HD

Thank you to all who attended, our patient and soft-handed judge Robin Hug, and to Heidi Forsythe for capturing the event on film!

Ridgebacks can herd!!

The CRRC performance committee piloted a herding test event on Saturday Novebmer 6, 2010 in Calhan, CO. This trial run was to get us prepared to host our first Herding Instinct Test early next year.

About 15 RRs participated and they all did really well, most of them showing an above-average aptitude for herding.

Coming Soon!
A Herding Instinct Test in March 2011 that will be sponsored by CRRC. Look for details in the next month.
